ComplaintsIn the unlikely event of a problem or complaint please send an email to callcentre@cheap-car-rental.com. We can only deal with your complaint if we are notified within 8 weeks of return of your car and you have the relevant paperwork. It is important, therefore, that you keep your copy of the rental agreement. Over 90% of complaints arise from charges raised at the time the rental agreement is drawn up and concern extra's signed for as requested by hirer. Please ask for the cost of anything you sign for and do not sign for them unless you understand the item and require it as we can not obtain a refund for items signed for as required. To investigate most complaints we need to contact the rental location concerned to obtain copies of their paperwork and this may take a few weeks. |
